GE As-Is Warranty Overview

Within the first 7 days after purchase, if the internal function of the unit has any issues, our store (Appliances 4 Less Nashville) will cover the full cost of repair, including parts and labor.

GE appliances sold "as-is" include a limited one-year functional warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If the appliance stops working properly within this period, GE will repair it at no cost to you. Extended coverage may apply to select models. Cosmetic flaws, such as dents or scratches, are not covered.

Please note: This warranty does not cover any damage caused by the customer, improper installation, or repairs made by individuals or companies not affiliated with Appliances 4 Less or GE.


Warranty for LG and Samsung Products (Scratch & Dent)

We offer a free 1-year warranty through CPS, a trusted third-party warranty provider (the same company used by Lowe’s), with the option to purchase extended coverage for up to 4 years. The extended warranty includes parts and labor, with a $99 deductible per service case.

The first 30 days are fully covered by our store, including labor and parts. If the internal function of the unit has any issues during this time, we will handle the repair or replacement directly.

CPS Warranty Details:

  • $99 service fee per claim

  • Includes labor and parts

  • CPS will first attempt to repair the unit

  • If it cannot be fixed, CPS will replace it

  • If you are not satisfied with the replacement, CPS will offer a refund based on the unit’s replacement value

Important: Customers must register their CPS warranty within 30 days of purchase. Failure to register within this time frame will result in loss of warranty coverage.

Note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, misuse, or repairs done by unauthorized individuals or companies not affiliated with Appliances 4 Less or CPS.

Warranty:

1. You will lose your warranty if you don't register your warranty within the 30 days of the purchase date.

2. CPS Warranty can not be Extended, you have the option of a 1 year, 2 year, 3 year or 4 year warranty on your unit.

3. Each appliance comes with 12 months Warranty,

  (First 30days Store Warranty and 11 month of CPS.)

4. If there is a problem with the unit, we need to go thru the steps below. If it can not be fixed, then Step 2, then Step 3. Must let us try to fix it first.

(1st Fix, 2nd Replace, 3rd “Last” Refund)

5.Brand New item comes with Manufacturer Warranty.

6. Customer's sole & exclusive remedy under this purchase shall be product or replacement under New Prospect, LLC's store policy. Claimes based on implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are limited to the shortest period allowed by law. We shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages such as property damage & incidental expenses resulting from customer's use of the appliance.

7. We are not responsible for any fees between customer and the financial institutions, SNAP, ACIMA & Kaolafi.

Must Register Warranty within 30 Days of the Purchase Date Must Upload Invoice Image to Complete Registration.

You will void your Warranty by removing "KW# Sticker" on the appliance!
