What brands do you carry?
We primarily carry GE, LG, and Samsung appliances. We’re also the main distributor for TopAir range hoods in the area. All our inventory comes directly from the brands or authorized suppliers—nothing from auctions. This means you get genuine products at deep discounts, with full warranty support.
Why are your prices lower than your competitors?
We specialize in selling open-box, scratch & dent, and return appliances—mainly from big retailers like Home Depot and Lowe’s. These items are typically returned within 48 hours for reasons like wrong size, color, or a simple change of mind. Some may have minor cosmetic imperfections, such as scratches or dents, but all our appliances are fully tested and guaranteed to work like new.
Because we source directly and focus on these discounted items, we’re able to offer prices 20–60% below regular retail—often even lower than current sale prices elsewhere. Every appliance we sell comes with a 12-month warranty, so you get both savings and peace of mind.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes! All our appliances include warranty coverage for your peace of mind:
- GE and some Whirlpool(B) products: Come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
- LG, Samsung & Whirlpool(C): Covered by a third-party warranty (usually 1 year).
- Store warranty: For the first 7–30 days (depending on the brand), any issues are handled directly by us—including parts and labor.
- Extended warranty: Available for purchase, covering up to 4 years (includes parts and labor, with a deductible fee depending on the provider and situation).
If you have a problem within the initial store warranty period, we’ll take care of it. After that, the manufacturer or third-party company will handle your claim. Please note, if the issue is due to installation by a third party or customer error, a service fee may apply.
All appliances are fully tested before sale, so issues are rare. If you have any questions about warranty coverage for a specific brand or model, just ask us!
What is a third-party warranty and how does it work?
Most of our appliances come with third-party warranty coverage from trusted providers like CPS and OnPoint (the same companies used by major retailers).
- CPS Warranty:
- Covers parts and labor for repairs.
- Requires a $99 service fee per claim.
- You must register your warranty with CPS within 30 days of purchase to activate coverage.
- If your appliance cannot be repaired, CPS will offer a replacement or a refund based on the replacement value.
- OnPoint Warranty:
- Also covers parts and labor for repairs.
- No service fee is required.
- No registration is needed—coverage is automatic.
- If your appliance cannot be repaired, OnPoint will offer a replacement or refund.

Delivery Service
- The delivery fee shown is an estimate and may vary by location or special requirements.
- Delivery and any related service fees are non-refundable once your appliance is dispatched for delivery.
- Our $125 delivery fee covers not just transportation, but also careful handling, setup, and installation by our local team. Unlike big-box chains, we’re a small Nashville business and each delivery is personal—covering fair wages, fuel, and quality service.

Disclosure
- We sell scratch and dent appliances, which are typically 48-hour returns from major retailers or direct-from-brand outlets. These items are not considered “brand new,” but they have not been used long-term.
- Every appliance is thoroughly tested by our team to ensure it works as intended. Most appliances include a store or third-party warranty. Some may also include a manufacturer’s warranty—please ask for details on any specific model.
- All sales are final. Scratch and dent appliances are sold as-is and will have cosmetic imperfections such as scratches or dents. These do not affect the appliance’s performance or reliability.
If you have questions about the condition, warranty, or return policy for a specific appliance, please ask before purchasing. We’re here to help you make an informed decision.
Return
- If your appliance is not working upon delivery, you may exchange it for another unit or return it within 48 hours of delivery. After this 48-hour window, returns are not accepted.
- All approved returns are subject to a $50 restocking fee. Please make sure to verify appliance specifications (size, gas/electric, etc.) before purchasing, as customers are responsible for selecting the correct product.
- If needed, we can arrange a pickup for returned items for an additional fee.
- Appliances with physical or installation damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.

Self Pick up
- Most self pick-up orders can be ready the same day, just a few hours after your purchase. Please wait for confirmation from our store before arriving, or call us at (615) 416-0359 to check the status of your order.
- All appliances are thoroughly tested before pick-up. If your appliance does not work properly (and there’s no installation issue or customer-caused damage), it is covered by our store warranty. You are responsible for bringing the unit back to the store for warranty service, exchange, or refund.
- If you need help returning an item, we can arrange a pick-up for an additional fee.
- Please note: Customers are responsible for correct installation. Damage or malfunction caused by improper installation is not covered and cannot be accepted for return.
