Welcome to Appliances 4 Less Nashville! By making a purchase or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
General Terms
- These terms and conditions apply to all products and services provided by Appliances 4 Less Nashville.
- We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery Times: All items are on display in-store and can be scheduled for delivery within 0 to 2 days, or at a time of the customer’s choosing.
- Delivery Costs: A flat-rate delivery fee will be charged per trip. Microwave and built-in appliances installation is not include. This fee does not include accessories necessary for installation.
- Customer Responsibility:
- Once items have left for delivery, the delivery fee is non-refundable if the delivery cannot be completed due to a customer-related issue.
- The customer must ensure that there is a safe and clean pathway to move the appliances.
- The customer must ensure that the installation is possible, with an accessible and present water valve either behind the appliances or under the sink.
- all the installation hook-up, water, vent, electricity are ready and good working condition.
- Once an item is delivered into the customer’s House, they are responsible for any damage to the appliance for inappropriate use or accidental damage.
Pick-Up Policy
- Pick-Up Availability: All items are available for pick-up at our store location during business hours. Items are generally ready within 3 hour after purchase.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring they have a suitable vehicle and assistance, A valid ID and purchase confirmation must be presented at pick-up.
- Once an item is delivered into the customer’s vehicle, they are responsible for any damage to the appliance during transport and install.
Installation Policy
- Customer Responsibilities: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the appliance(s) will fit in to the installation space, through doorways, hallways, and other entryways. The customer must also provide a clear path for the appliance to be moved to the desired location.
- The customer must ensure all hookups—including water, vent, and electricity—are functional, accessible, and located directly behind the appliances. Installation is not guaranteed for non-standard setups. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as ensuring proper site conditions is the customer’s sole obligation..
- Additional Charges: If an appliance cannot be installed due to space constraints, and a door or other part of the structure, The customer may return the product at their own expense. or pay an extra charge for disassembly of parts such as doors and reassembly of the appliance, or ultimately leave the appliance in a safe place within the property. The customer is responsible for the appliance.
- Note: In any case, the cost of delivery is not refundable because the customer is responsible for taking the necessary measures. .
- Limitations: We will not alter or modify any part of your home’s structure, including walls, doors, plumbing, electrical systems, or carpentry.
- We will not install any product in installations involving products purchased outside of Appliances 4 Less, we will not guarantee the operation or any damage caused by such installation.
- Failure to meet these requirements will result in the installation not being completed, and delivery costs will not be refunded.
Return or Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: A product return will be accepted within 12 hours of purchase only if you notify the store with a valid reason for the return. The store manager will determine whether the return is approved. Acceptable reasons include: the appliance does not fit in the space, installation is not possible, or you discovered that your old appliance is still functional.
- Even if the return is accepted, restocking fees and other charges will apply based on the condition of the product. Please note that the cost of the product and services will only be fully refunded if the product has functional problems not caused by the customer. The appliance will be inspected before the money is returned. Any alteration or damage to the appliance will be sufficient reason to deny the refund.
- Return Conditions: The product must be in original condition, unused. Installed or altered items are not eligible for return.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply $50 depending on the condition of the return.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase cannot be returned.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.
Warranty Policy for Scratch and Dent Goods
- We offer a third-party limited warranty.
- Delivery and service fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for returning appliances to the store if the issue is not functional. If the merchant is required to pick up the returned goods, additional shipping fees will apply. Customers are responsible for any service or processing fees during the refund.
Manufacture warranty Products
- Store Warranty 0 or 7 Days of Purchase depending on the brand and warranty offered.
1. GE, Hotpoint, Cafe: 7 Days store Warranty
2. Whirlpool, Maytag, Kitchenaid: No Store Warranty
3. Frigidaire, Electrolux: No Store Warranty - after the store’s warranty period ends, the customer must contact the brand directly.
No Manufacture warranty Products
Warranty within 7 Days of Purchase
- Item may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours
- Within 7 days if the problem cannot be repaired, we will exchange it for the same model or brand unless the customer indicates otherwise, and if we do not have a replacement available, we will proceed to give a refund. If this is the case, the store could provide part or cover full shipping costs.
After 7 Days
- Contact your warranty provider by following the instructions on your purchase receipt.
Warranty Exceptions
warranties are not insurance and cover only functional defects in the product. They do not cover theft, transportation damage, misuse, accidental damage, or acts of God.
Misuse of Discounts, Promotions, or Verbal Agreements
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order, and issue a refund if necessary, if a discount, coupon, or promotional offer is used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- A coupon or discount is granted based on the purchase of multiple items, but the customer completes the purchase with fewer items than agreed.
- Any written or verbal agreement related to pricing, quantity, or promotional terms is not honored in full by the customer.
Such actions may be considered misuse or manipulation of our policies, and we reserve the right to take appropriate action at our discretion.
We reserve the right to review, hold, void, refuse, or cancel any transaction if billing information, identity verification, or fraud screening results are inconsistent, incomplete, or cannot be verified, even if the payment has been authorized by the card issuer or payment processor. This policy is used to help prevent fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorized payment information. If a transaction is voided or canceled for this reason, the customer must place a new order from the beginning.
Limitation of Liability
- Appliances 4 Less Nashville is not liable for any damages beyond the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
